What Is Free Wills Month?

Free Wills Month brings together respected charities and trusted local solicitors to provide free will-writing services for eligible individuals and couples.

Key points to know:

• Eligibility: Available to anyone aged 55+ (or couples if at least one partner is 55+).

• Simple wills covered: The scheme is intended for straightforward estates. If your circumstances are more complex (for example, involving trusts, overseas property, or business interests), your solicitor will explain any additional costs.

• No obligation to donate: While many people choose to leave a gift to charity to help support the campaign and the WWF, there is absolutely no requirement to do so.

• Limited availability: Appointments are first-come, first-served and they do get booked up quickly.
