Our Story
After over 20 years of working for others and watching as firms grew and expanded how their customer service diminished, Alisha Butler (Director of Phoenix Legal Limited) decided to set up a firm that would always have the customer service at the forefront.
And so Phoenix Legal Limited was formed.
With her experience of dealing with catastrophically injured clients, Alisha was able to take what those clients needed in terms of care throughout a claim and develop a system whereby every client, no matter what the value of their claim, could rely on the same level of customer care.
Now, Phoenix Solicitors has grown into a diverse team made up of talented, professional, and caring individuals who work tirelessly to provide excellent legal representation.
We are specialists in Commercial Law, Medical and Dental Negligence and all aspects of Personal Injury, as well as Wills & Probate, Private client and general Civil Litigation. We understand how legal issues can have a monumental impact on your life and we are here to provide all the support you need to make the process as simple as possible.
We also offer fixed costs for advocacy if you require assistance for hearings only. Costs start from £150 + VAT p.h
For all your personal and business needs, Phoenix Legal Solicitors are always ready to help.
