Miss B, a tenant facing poor living conditions due to mould and damp in her rented accommodation, sought damages and remedies for the disrepair in her home.

After a 10 month legal case, Joe secured a substantial £15,000 in damages for Miss B, providing her with not only financial compensation but also an order for remedial works to be undertaken at her property.
